Hey Cre8tor Crew! As you may know, we are apartment hunting in LA…fun times 😅 Most of the tours have been very mid, as if by giving us a tour they’re doing us a major solid. It’s like trying to get into an elite club in NYC without any designer drip or BBL diamonds (I know it’s VVS but Lloyd really thought they were BBL) 🫠 Other leasing agents have just seemed to hate life, so that’s a bit concerning, but we collectively agreed not to take those personal.

But then there was Brody. A quick-witted, transplant from Texas who was cool enough, but still made you anxious that at some point he would say something racist. When he saw how excited we were about the recording studio they have on the premises, even after we shared that we’re podcasters he kept referring to Lloyd as a ‘Music Producer’.

Nonetheless, this story is about Brody’s tenacity as an agent. He was salesy to the core but not so much so that you hated his mouth. It made us reflect in this week’s pod episode on the ways @lloydnotgeorge could do a better job at being more aggressive, more salesy, more hungry for the next brand deal, the next BIG guest on the pod and more! We’re Going to London! Exciting Innit?🇬🇧💂‍♀️ As we were debating on whether we should go to London for the Podcast Show, we brilliantly came up with the idea to ask some of our brand partners if they wanted to do any content while we were there. One said yes, which helped secure our plane tickets. So it’s official, @lloydnotgeorge is getting flewed out by brands! #MilestoneUnlocked 

Now if only we could get the hotel covered. It’s like flying out to meet someone who slid into your dms but not having a way back home…lol We get it, you got to eat at Salt Bae’s restaurant AND Nobu so you think ‘A Win is A Win’!😂 No for real, do better…and next time we are going to reach out sooner to brands to get this stuff truly all-expensed!

It’s like a child who decides to run away from home because he doesn’t want to clean his room but ultimately decides to spin the block with his makeshift survival bag that only has a gogurt and pizza lunchable. He starts to rethink life and if this is really how he wants to live.

Also, his alt account was self-leaked and let’s just say the mediocrity is delicious. As someone who has been around and worked with men like Elon for years, it literally makes me cringe when brilliant POC say they have imposter syndrome. Your internal monologue should literally be ‘if Elon can do it_______.”

LinkedIn Beef or Grease & CTA Yes, a grown man was on LinkedIn starting one-sided beef about olive oil packaging he didn’t even invent, but slapping names on inventions created by others and erecting statues to honor false heroes is so American right?! Ya’ll really gave him the Game of Thrones, Cersei treatment and Shamed him into an outright apology. Which…was funny.

In less entertaining but LinkedIn news nonetheless, they have announced a new CTA button on premium account profiles that allows users to have a drop down link for their website, subscribe to their newsletter, schedule an appointment or consultation and more.

Generative AI On Meta’s recent shareholder meeting, Mark Z. shared a murky path, but alas a path forward for their work in the generative AI space. They intend to double down and yes billions have already and will be continued to be burned for the foreseeable future.

Bluesky Is taking shape to be a potential formidable opponent in the near future to Twitter. It has officially begun to take off as more notable figures have joined the platform and the exclusivity of being invite-only continues to grind the gears of all the nepo babies who honestly deserve a spot because seriously, do you know who their dad is???
